Now I got a clearer picture on the unusual lineup: Ryan B qualified for the tournament and Dave's chances at TOC officially ended (not even TOC alternate). Then the producers decided to revise the lineup using their discretionary power by putting Emma on the list as the replacement of the late Larry Martin because of her milestone as the only "giant killer" to win more than one game and set a rematch between her and James which it happened at the finals. In the final part of the announcement, Ryan B announced as a 2019 TOC alternate and automatically entered at the 2021 TOC which he will officially compete this May.

Aaron Rocks! Best Jeopardy Guest Host yet! His second week he found his rhythm and let his humor show. He's got what it takes to be the next permanent host. I may be a little biased as I am a "Cheesehead" but there's no arguing Aaron's good at it and will only get better. Alex was very philanthropic and I believe Aaron would follow in Alex's footsteps.
